About ORBITCE 2012
After the tremendous success last year, ORBITCE makes a comeback this year to delight you all. Since its inception in the year 1999 , we have always stood by our motto of path breaking innovation. This year is no different. ORBITCE has been synonymous with excellence , creativity and enjoyment which in turn have enabled this event scale the peaks of fame.
Flourishing through the combined efforts of students and faculty alike , ORBITCE has emerged as a crowd pleaser , drawing a large number of students from various institutions across the country. The stupendous success last year bears testimony to this fact. This symposium , unlike others , strives to redefine technology in a way that can transform our lives as well as benefit the future generation.
As part of efforts to bring about this positive change, we have a huge line-up of events ranging from the all-time favorites – Circuitrix , Freeze Quiz and M-Guru , to the newly launched Orbitce Idol , Crack2Talk and Scribblers.

1. Circuitrix - Have the passion and the appetite to short circuit your brain cells and give us a working circuit ? Are you a circuit-monger with a profound interest in electronics ? Welcome to circuitrix – the battlefield of circuit designers. Demonstrate your skills when it comes to implementing electronic circuits for a rich haul.
2. MathoMania - If u really want to give your minds a twist then shake 'em up with mathomania!! It's all about math and magic!! It includes math problems,logic,identification type problems and puzzles. So come give a try!! Show us that you've got what it takes to be in the league of extraordinary math geniuses. And no , Einstein and Newton are out of that league.
3. M-GURU , the management guru : Bored of technical events through and through ? Do you have what it takes to outsmart the average minds by thinking different ? Well , you're in the right place ! Back yourself with some managerial acumen , play it cool and take home the cash. Come and show what it takes to be a M-GURU....
4. ORBITCE IDOL - A TECHNICAL PENTATHLON?.. Yes! Its happening right here. Weather each challenge and earn the rights to brag that u are the BEST AMONG THE BEST. An Idol indeed………
5. BE A PROF - "Every truth has four corners. As a teacher, I give you one corner and it is for you to find the other three". Now we are providing the corner for you to expertise - "BE A PROF" where the art of being a professor is manifested to the limit.Willing to put yourself in the shoes of a professor ? Brace yourself to face a pressure test ! Oh ! And do not forget the prize money that's waiting.
6. PAPER PRESENTATION - Are you possessed by ideas that run around like bees in the bonnet ? All achievements have their beginning in an idea. Orbitce 2k12 provides you the perfect platform to display a penchant for innovation. Step up and express your innovative ideas and buy your ticket to recognition.
7. FreeZe quiz - Have a brain that's razor sharp ? Ready to breach the boundaries of your technical know-how ? Freeze quiz is the ideal technical quiz that can put your brains to a grueling test. Be prepared to race through the various technical aspects of ECE. This is one experience that will remain unforgettable!
8. CRACK 2 TALK - Rack your brains till you find the right word! Do the easiest job to prolong your lifetime..imagine and talk.SHIPWRECK! no more than two can reach the shore alive!
